Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all LIBRA garment tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
